General Bookings
By confirming a booking, the following terms are agreed to:

• Charges
  All transfers are charged in hour blocks or part thereof. eg A 1.5 hour transfer will be charged 2 hours.
  All transfer hours will commence upon your transfer vehicle leaving our depot in Caloundra, Queensland.
• Payment
  Full payment is required prior to the booking date for all journeys.
• Cancellations
  Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking date may be charged the full booking price.
  Any cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date may be charged at 50% of the total booking price.
  Any cancellations made prior to 7 days of the booking date may be fully refundable, excluding transfer fees.
  SCWT reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time in which case a full refund may be offered.
  Failure to cancel a booking may incur the full booking price.
• Changes
  Our arrangements can be flexible and changes may be permitted.

Public Holidays

  Any cancellations made prior to 14 days of the booking date may be fully refundable, excluding transfer fees.
